Reason for re-homing - Owner died - Tosh is available for homing or long term fostering. History - Tosh lived with his owner who was a man in his 60's. When Tosh's owner was hospitalised in March 2013 he placed Tosh in kennels so that he could be looked after. Unfortunately, Tosh's owner has now passed away and Tosh has been placed in the care of the East London RSPCA. Tosh is fed up with being in kennels and needs to have his normal life back. Character - Tosh is very friendly towards people. While he has been in kennels he will bark at other dogs. Tosh is lively and he needs attention. Friends of Tosh's deceased owner say that Tosh will bark at visitors. Homing recommendations -Tosh would suit an owner who has time for him and he could live with older children or cats. He may get along with a female dog but that would have to be tested on a trial basis.
