Apologies for my long absence, hopefully I can try to keep more on top of my blog now, been a long few months.
I've since moved to North London, and my brother has moved over also.
I have also adopted a cat called Tequila and she's never the same cat everyday, she's got a split personality thing going on on a daily basis, one day a calm and centred cat that loves your company the next day an energy ball running in all directions and wanting to play, I guess that's most cats for you.
I'm still continously trying to apply to animal related positions however, I've still gotten blocked by the not enough experience line, don't know how they expect me to get any experience if nobody gives me a chance, nevertheless I'm going to keep trying.
I'm hoping I can raise enough donations to become a Veterinary Support Assistant. It has been my dream to work in the animal sector but so far I have not had much luck despite many efforts, so this is my last attempt. Click ABOUT ME below for more information. Thank You

Pet For Adoption - Pick Of The Day - Pippa - Cat - AnimalRescue&Care - Richmond Upon Thames Area

- Pippa is very affectionate and lovely natured cat. Her purr is somewhat mightier than her petite build suggests and is quickly activated by just calling her name or putting out your hand. It’s all about strokes with Pippa and she almost does a somersault when she rolls over for attention. And it’s a pleasure stroking Pippa – her furr is silkily smooth and she lets you know she absolutely adores the attention. She likes to ‘hang-out’ wherever her human family are and when relaxing she likes to come and sit on a lap and sleep.Pippa was originally homed with her brother but unfortunately she was bullied by him, which is why she is looking for a new home where she is the only cat. In the first few weeks of her foster home she was quite jumpy with loud noises and sudden movements but now she has grown in confidence she’s tolerant of noise and activity. She’s happy to receive attention from visitors and would suit an adult home. Pippa has found her voice and can be vocal when she wants to be played with. And she also likes to announce her arrival back in the house after being outside. She enjoys the garden now that she’s settled and despite not liking other cats she still goes outside to chase insects and explore. She’s a wonderful fly catcher inside and out.
Pippa is still a young cat and loves nothing more to than to play – with balls, feathers and her favourite toy is the lazer light. If you have an adult home with lots of love and attention then Pippa would make a wonderful companion.

Black Cats Overlooked Due To Their Colour
I found this post on a site and thought I'd share, it's sad that black cats find it harder to find a good home due to superstition as I find them to be very stunning and mysterious looking kitties.
Here is a bit from a site I decided to share to raise awareness:
"
It’s hard to believe, but black cats are overlooked because of their colour
It’s a problem shared all over the world. And yet black cats have as much to offer as any other cat. Through no fault of their own, they are overlooked, as most people tend to choose ‘prettier’ coloured cats. Even black kittens are the last to be adopted, while their more colourful siblings are chosen first. And so, black cats spend longer in foster care, waiting for someone to see past their colour…
In some countries black cats are seen as lucky, but in the main it seems they are rejected on a superstitious basis; that they are somehow unlucky or a ‘witches cat’. Added to that, black cats can be difficult to photograph so their pictures never do them justice.
We know black cats are just as wonderful as any other, with exactly the same needs – to be loved and cared for. If you enjoy the company of cats whatever their colour, please consider adopting a black cat.
Please be careful though, some people use pure white, pure black cats and other animals with superstition linked to them for witchcraft and other things so know who you are giving your cat to and avoid giving around or on superstitious dates.
