Lovely old Jake is a sweet, affectionate and loyal boy, who will make the best of companions. And don't be fooled by his age, he's still got plenty of life him yet.
He is currently on foster as he found kennel life difficult being apart from his people. He settled in almost immediately into his new home environment where he is enjoying lots of fuss, long walks and naps. He travels well in the car and spends his days relaxing in the Battersea offices where he is a firm favourite.
Jake loves a ramble in the park and being the gentleman that he is, he will happily greet dogs with a tip of the cap and a little sniff and then be on his way. He is also partial to a tennis ball or two.
He can be a little worried in new situations so he will need understanding owners who will ease him into things. He'd also love owners who can be around with him most of the time as he doesn't like being home alone much.
Jake is such a character and his new owners will be lucky to have him.
